Enable quiet times? Is it possible?

I’m wondering if anyone knows where to find or if it even exists a section that enables quiet times like you can in ms365? My email doesn’t alert me but the SMS messages still come through.

Any help is appreciated.

AFAIK this doesn’t exist natively in Syncro.

We use Spike.sh for a simple after-hours on-call flow. For example, you can set up an email integration type in Spike to send Syncro alerts to Spike. Then put yourself on-call in Spike with SMS alerts only during working hours.

I know it may seem overkill to bring in an entire platform for this but Spike is really great, and opens the door to so many possibilities, like escalating critical alerts to multiple team members, phone call alerts, only letting the most critical alerts flow in after-hours, etc. Check it out.

You can probably also do it using Android / iPhone Do Not Disturb, possibly with a third party app to filter the SMS (probably easier on Android, of course)

Another idea is if you’re on 365 Power Automate can probably be made to forward emails only during a time frame to your MMS number ( How to Send a Text from Email: 5 Easy Steps (with Pictures))
