Can someone please provide a meaningful update on the ongoing email notification update? It’s been 48h now since it stopped working on 10.13.2024 yet there is not ETA. Who’s the underlying email provider?
Just got 60 email notifications overnight for tickets from the day before, already handled - this reflect negatively on me, with the customer running 24/7 operations.
The lack of customizable dashboard allowing to show - at a glance - critical endpoint offline is unacceptable. Is there another thread for this? Please enlighten me.

Emails are sending again as intended, and we have updated our status site to reflect that we’re currently monitoring the situation.
