Edit Employee Hours in Ticket Timer

Hello, I am looking for a way that I can add, edit, and delete hours in a ticket timer on behalf of my employees. My employees don’t want to have to track their own hours and would rather I do it. I want to do it in the ticket timer log so that it can get billed on our client’s reoccurring monthly bill. How do I do this? Thank you so much!

Hi @dmckinnon,

If you go into the ticket that you would like to edit you would select “view log”, which will allow you to manipulate time to a specific tech. This also can be done via scripting or API.

Thank you, Canden! This is very helpful to know it is an option. How do I enable this feature? Please see the attached screenshot because my ticket log does not have the tech field.
