An email is sent to the system and a lead is created thereby creating a ticket. The ticket component on the dashboard that shows how many tickets are open is not updating. For example, it will say there are two open tickets. However, if you hover over it, it will show three open tickets reflecting the one that was just sent. Is this an error that can be corrected somehow?
Hi Mike, the dashboard can have a delay- sometimes up to 60 minutes. Do you know if it was delayed? It is possible it showed in the total later on if the lead had just been converted to a ticket.
