Dashboard Delay

Anyone else seeing delays on the Open Ticket Dashboard?

We use it to monitor NEW tickets and CUSTOMER REPLY and it’s always been current with only a few seconds delay.

Now it seems to be delayed by 1.5-2 days.

Wondering if its just us or if anyone else is experiencing this?

I’d reach out to support if you haven’t already. I thought this page also updated in real time, and I just tested it and it didn’t update in real time, but it did when I refreshed the page. I’d like our team to look into that to confirm the expected behavior for that piece.
