On continuation of initial post; I have 11 fields for my main View. It is slow to update the Timer at the start of the day; I track that for the techs. All those 11 fields could slow a refresh. If I needed frequent viewing of the Timer then I would revert to the original Ticket Page. I know this is a work in progress.
I have been using this for a couple of weeks (early access), and it wasn’t that slow until today. Expect it’s a load issue now that it’s been made more public. This is a big step in the right direction, so hopefully the performance issues get resolved quickly.
we are also in early access and the lack of grouping meant that we only really used it fully from Mon through Wed when it went public. But we saw the slowness during this time. It has improved a bit as we saw 11 second refresh time but are seeing 5-6 seconds refresh times now.
I use Chrome too. Our MSP switched back to the original ticket page. We like improving, but sometimes that fails. However, we are happy we allowed to go back to an earlier version!
Looks like there has been another update done as columns can now be resized down. Still some work to be done on grouped especially around the ticket number. Seems like a column right of a field has some extra space that then clips the text on the left when you move it back.
