I thought the End user RMM part had multiple monitors allowed (I know the tech one doesn’t, that’s fine). If I’m wrong, cool, or if it’s a setting I missed, even better.
I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the difference you are referring to is the RMM version of Splashtop as opposed to going and buying licenses directly from Splashtop. The version available to your end users through Syncro is still the RMM version and with all the same limitations as your techs have.
