We have a few of those wonderful services that require 90 days notice prior to cancellation and I would like to keep track of some of them in Syncro. Does anyone have a good method to achieve this? I know you can create a contract and set a reminder, but that can only go to one technician. Is there anyway to have it create a ticket x days before renewal? Either based on contract renewal date or customer field maybe?
