Can't paste into ticket comments area

We can no longer paste into the comments area of the ticket. This is a huge becuase we often need to paste translations into the body of a ticket. We can paste into search text boxes. We have tried:

  1. logging out and back in
  2. rebooting
  3. clearing browser cache
  4. several browsers

Engineers have identified the cause and are working on a fix.
