Robust HTML comment editor / Ticket communication testing yesterday 8/17?

Am I crazy or did we have some new commenting features in Syncro yesterday? I had a whole HTML editor in the private/email/public comment area of a ticket. Did some test comments with pictures embedded, attachments and custom fonts. This was really cool!! When I came in today it was gone.

Did I toggle it inadvertently or was that a testing feature that went live for a few hours yesterday?

Hi @anon19604621, we had to rollback the feature due to unforeseen circumstances. Your spot on with what you seen.

Well I can say with certainty this is a welcome feature for us. Look forward to its implementation.

Hi @anon81489863, I can say we are reallllllllly close :slight_smile:, but I do not have an exact date to share just yet.
