Hello. When we create an asset label and use the & symbol, the label prints out with & … how do we avoid this? Thanks!
I think its a copy-paste error that happens sometimes. edit the asset, change the name to something without the & sign save it then go back and manually type the correct name in. I did some tests both on customer name and asset and did not run it to this. however, I have run into this issue when copying then pasting things in.
Thanks, Miles. But we use the template tag {{customer_business_name_or_customer_full_name}} and I think it has something to do with &'s not playing nicely in template tags
