We’ve just rolled out the ability to include customer template tags in Automated Remediations. You should now see them in the list of available template tags when building/editing remediations.

Another rider request:
Since AR’s tag meanings aren’t documented, we often have to cross-reference their equivalent Platform Variables in Scripts to figure that out:
Can we get the tags’ example values showing alongside them in AR’s tags list, like Scripts?
Seems like an easy copy/paste for less sleuthing and more consistency.

Also, heads-up that AR’s tag list is still missing {{customer_id}}, but it does work.
