Android App - Unable to Create a Ticket from Customer

Hi Everyone! Please could some of you try the following and see if it works? I’ve tried this on 2 Android mobiles and I get the following.

When in the App:

  • Go to a customer
  • Tap New
  • Tap Ticket

It starts the process of creating a ticket, but the ‘Customer’ field is set to ‘(empty)’ and cannot be changed.

Support are telling me that they cannot replicate the issue, so I’m reaching out to see if I’m the only one.

I hate bumping this thread from almost 2 yrs ago, but I have this issue and I’d like to see it fixed.

Would be really helpful when in the field to create ticket and such for me and my employees.
