Agent Disconnects: Intermittent drops

We are investigating instances where agent connections are dropping intermittently. This behavior is currently most prevalent during periods of peak agent activity. While these connections typically re-establish themselves very quickly, we recognize this is impacting workflows and alerting.

Impact & Symptoms: Because the agent momentarily loses connection, you may experience:

False “Offline” Alerts: You may receive alerts for devices that are actually online.

Delayed Results: Script results reporting back to the dashboard may be delayed.

Execution Failures: In some cases, script actions may fail to execute if the connection drops at the moment the command is sent.

Recommended Action

Manual Scripts: If a manually triggered script fails to execute, please wait a short period and re-attempt the action.

Scheduled Scripts: No immediate action is required. Scheduled tasks will automatically re-attempt on failure or simply execute during the next scheduled occurrence.

Next Steps: Our engineering team is actively monitoring the load causing these disconnects and working to stabilize connection persistence during peak hours. We will provide updates here as we make progress.
