We’re running syncro Rich text tickets and getting 2 incoming e-mails for every customer reply that has a HTML image within it, this started happening around 6 weeks ago, didn’t have a issue before this even after when the fixed the issue below.
Syncro fixed a little while back the issue with 2 outbound e-mails to customers but now have have it on incoming ones, only seems to happen on ones with HTML within (e-mail signatures etc). Anyone else have this?
Support say they are aware of a issue and have no fix currently. I can’t even see it on known issues board unless I’m missing something?

This is happening to us as well. We just put in a ticket today with Syncro, can update you when we get a response.
