Perfect, makes it so much more sense and will likely subscribe. It is easier, and if it handles automatic billing and adds and deletions this is a no brainer.

Also, just a double check here. I subscribed but then went edit and add the billing using Syncro’s billing for this, it is showing 0.0 users, I’m guessing that will update on it’s own at some point? Also, is there a single place to view all orgs that have 365 backup?
When does the this user count change? Is it just when the month ends?
If I remember correctly CSV import to Universal billing was on the roadmap. When will that be released?
User count changes daily, not monthly. That’s so you could theoretically bill for accurate counts on any day of the month if you needed to, instead of just forcing billing to the first day of each month.
It was something we are investigating after we’ve rolled out Universal Billing to all of our existing vendors, but not officially on our roadmap.
Just curious, what other vendors are you looking to bring into Syncro to bill for?
White label VoIP, Avanan purchased not through Pax8 etc. CSV import would be great as it can be used for almost any vendor. Obviously we would need a way to have the products setup for each client and then just manually push the quantities.

Hi @Andy any update on when this feature will be released? We can really use it to pull quantities from other vendors so we can continue to use Syncro for billing
