You can now enter your own secure password when resetting your end user Microsoft passwords in Syncro. We have received feedback that the system generated password is not always easy to share with users over the phone, so we hope that this will simplify your Microsoft management experience!

Is this still just a temporary password and if so, will there be an option to make it permanent like in Microsoft 365 Console?
Hi @ccox thank you for your feedback. This feature provides a temporary password that can be provided to the end user. We don’t currently have plans to implement a permanent password option, but I will add this to our backlog of potential future considerations.
That would be great and keep things in the Syncro ecosystem and be just like the settings in M365.
