Unable to view attachments in Tickets

Hello,

I have a user that is getting the following error when trying to open attachments from Syncro tickets: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Access Denied Access denied

The browser is Chrome. They already reset settings and cleared cache. We tested in Firefox and there is not error, so this seems to be a Chrome specific error. Any idea how to correct in Chrome?

Our company has seen the same behavior, it only seems to happen in Chrome. Generally, we can refresh the ticket’s tab, wait a few moments and we’ll be able to view the attachment afterward. It’s unnecessary friction to viewing something and a bit annoying, but it should work until this issue is worked out.
