Unable to Upload .xml or .html Files as Attatchments

Hi Syncro Community,

Subject of Issue:
The following file types are not uploading as expected: .xml and .html in several areas of the application including Tickets and Assets.

Description of Issue:
An error has been identified that is causing .xml and .html file types specifically to not upload as expected as attachments to Tickets, Assets (including scripting), Organizations, and Invoices/Estimates.

Affected Objects:
Ticket Attachments
Asset Attachments (including scripting)
Organization Attachments
Invoice/Estimate Attachments

Workaround:
No work around exists for the two impacted file types.

Next Steps:
The issue is under investigation so that it can be fixed.
