Syncro mailbox display name is not showing to clients instead its my full name

Hello All,

I am facing this issue for a while and now I am hoping to get advice.

The default Syncro mailbox display name is not showing to clients instead it is showing my full name. So outlook being outlook when clients want to send me an email they type my name in outlook and the email address is the Syncro mailbox and offcourse new ticket is created every time.

Is this meant to be like this ?

We do BYO SMTP, but yes, it shows up as the technician name by default. Admin > Ticket > Preferences, enable “Use Account Name instead of Tech name in Ticket Email headers”
