Is anyone else having this issue? We’ll enter a private communication and Syncro will make it public and send it via email to the client. We’re afraid to enter private communications since Syncro might make it public.

There was a small window of time yesterday where this was occurring and our engineers caught it and resolved it. If you are still seeing it today please reach out to support at help@syncromsp.com.
Andy, will you please state the timeframe that this was an issue for? I’d like to go back and see if this affected any of our correspondence.

Yeah sure. It was between 1:30 PM PDT and 3:40 PM PDT on August 27th.
Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened.
