Remote Support- Send request OR Unattended (not by policy)

Is there a plan in place to have a toggle that allows us in the moment to chose whether we can jump right in or send a request?
If the client is not in front of the computer, I will need unattended remote access.
If the client is in front of the computer, I’d like to be able to send a request so they can approve me jumping in.

Also, we need the Syncro app on mobile device to have the launch button for remote support too, because right now it is a lot of steps to go from app to web and then launch.

this needs to be a feature request IMO
it would be nice if it was something like, a pop-up Remote support would like to connect to your system, click yes to allow and then has a timer that auto clicks yes after some amount of time 10 seconds maybe.

If you use BYO Splashtop, there is a setting you can enable.

+1 for this. Not a huge deal, but it gives the client the feeling they are in control and helps them to trust IT isn’t overstepping boundaries.
If a client is at their machine, I always send a Teams chat or call asking if it is ok for me to remote in, so they can close any confidential docs.
But I try and do most support work on their machines when they are away from their desk to keep them productive, so I also need unattended access. Thanks.
