See this thread on facebook. Syncro User Group | Facebook there is an issue with the signon system where you login to the forum and it just redirects you to the syncro dashboard instead and you are still not logged into the forum. I’m currently still logged into this browser so I’m able to post this, but I verified the issue with an incognito window.
We did see some reports of this earlier today, however, this seems to be resolved now. Please clear cache and retry and if it’s still happening (or not) please let us know.

Still happens. Tried chrome, firefox and edge in incognito mode. After MFA it just goes to dashboard logged in. Click help to go to forum and you’re still not logged in here.
