hi i cant login to my Syncro account and I’m stuck dead in the water!!
i tried on multiple computers.
when i go to my URL, my logo comes up and i try to login, but it says “unsecure” and brings me back to login screen. help please.
@sage Our team is investigating the issue.
In the meantime, please add ‘https://’ to the beginning of the URL and then log in.
that worked. whoops. not sure how that happened. thanks for your help.
