I am not getting notified via Teams anymore for Tickets, invoices, alerts etc… checked the webbooks and everything is intact. Anyone else having this issue.
Our webhook URL changed slightly and I had to match it up again. You can always generate another URL and put it inside of Syncro and see if that fixes it. No issues with Teams here.
Even though the URL was the same had to copy-paste again in Syncro to work. Thank you for the advice.
