We are not based in the States , we work this day ( although we do honour rememberance day and hold a minutes silence to show respect for our hero’s )
However we work and need to support our various clients as this is not a day off in Canada. My question is does this mean in the event of a service outage or other serious issue on the Syncro platform happens we have to wait until the next day to get you to address it ?
I thought Syncro provided support to it’s MSP clients 24/7/365 - without this assurance we cannot assure our clients that we can honor our SLA’s …
Clarity is needed please .
