There is a Sort field in the Products page for the Labor types. However, this srt does not affect the sort order of these labor types on the ticket or in time entries. This is where we would most want the sort order. It’s alphabetical now which menas for us Emergency Service is the default labor type. And the field is already there.
Hey I think this is a good suggestion. One thing you might consider as a stopgap is that you can define a default labor type per technician, so you can definitely have it start on a different labor type if you need it to.
