Introducing Our New Customer & Community Operations Manager

Hey everyone! I would like you to join me in welcoming @canden.hicks into our community! As we look to ramp up engagement with the Syncro community, Canden is being brought on as our new Customer and Community Operations Manager here at Syncro. He will be handling most of our operational messaging, and will become a dedicated resource for all Syncro users across all of our communication channels. He will be managing our content and engaging in regular discussion to further understand the MSP experience through Syncro. He is very eager to hear the stories you all have to tell :).

Canden has been with us for a year now, and has been promoted into this role from our sales team. I am very eager for him to begin bringing bigger initiatives to the community as he continues to gain insight into what’s most valuable to you.

In regard to myself, I will still be actively engaged with you all on a regular basis. As I mentioned previously, my focus will be the business side of being an MSP, and how we can specifically build a better platform designed to increase both your efficiency and your profitability in equal measure.


Thank you, @Andy, for that warm introduction. It is much appreciated. Hello to you all from Atlanta, GA! I am beyond excited that I’m here and in this role to further our community initiatives. I have been in the MSP industry for about eight years now with a huge focus on community. Serving as a guide and liaison imparting resources, content, best practices, and trends to channel partners with the goal to scale and enhance their business.

In my free time you can catch me in the gym, reading up on financial literacy and investments, or simply at home on my couch playing my Nintendo Switch until my eyes begin to cross.

Over the next few weeks I will be working on some initiatives for this group as well as our Syncro community as a whole. The engagement in this group I’ve seen this far has been phenomenal, and will play a critical part in scaling our community. There will be 1-2-1 and group interactions to come. As Andy mentioned I’m eager to hear your stories and about your overall experience, while shedding a bit more light on what’s actually going on under the hood at Syncro.

Welcome, Camden! So many of us would love to engage to make the Syncro product improve for us plus make it more attractive for prospect MSPs.

Thanks! Yes, I am ramping up for high engagement activities. We have so much in store for the community both in the near and distance future, I am excited to execute!
