I’ve got 29 contacts that have been importing for over 2 hours (no errors), any idea how long this should normally take? This feels VERY slow!
Hi Jack! 29 contacts should import within a minute or less. It sounds like it may have timed out. You should be able to retry it. Let me know if it continues to fail.
This error means it won’t upload an exact copy, if you can make a small change to any cell then upload again it should let you. If it continues to time out go ahead and email a copy of your spreadsheet to help@syncromsp.com
