{{estimate_message}} Grouping All Text as a Paragraph, instead of line by line

When I type my estimate message like this:

Maxeffect Computers & Communications agrees to provide:
New Amplifiers (2) and Speakers (15) for Assembly Area
Wall-mountable, mobile iPad controller to control all audio zones
New Audio Cabinet to Hold Equipment
New Media PC
New Bluray Player

It comes out like this on the estimate:
Maxeffect Computers & Communications agrees to provide: New Amplifiers (2) and Speakers (15) for Assembly Area Wall-mountable, mobile iPad controller to control all audio zones New Audio Cabinet to Hold Equipment New Media PC New Bluray Player

Does anyone know how to keep the formatting correct?

You can try using html <br> but most likely it’s intentionally stripping it and you can’t do anything. You can contact support to verify and file a feature request to improve it (don’t hold your breath)
