Contact leaving agency

At my agency we have high amount of turnover. We are trying to find a way to notate when a contact leaves the agency, however we can not delete the account due to wanting to keep ticket historical data. Any ideas or advice will be greatly appreciated.

For contacts you can just make a custom field and flag them as Inactive/Active. This is how a lot of folks handle employee-based recurring billing, by just charging against the active ones.

My method is to put a (G) in front of their name field for “gone” - this is because I want to be able to see that information in the tickets.
