After all these years I just thought the inventory search didn’t work right. Come to find out the search is case-sensitive. Why? Is there a way to turn this off?
Any chance you could make a quick video of this behavior and PM it to me? I just tested this and it’s working as expected for me, but I want to be sure I am trying to reproduce it the same way it’s happening to you on your end.
Hey thanks for sending me over that video. I misunderstood I thought you meant the product name wasn’t working due to case sensitivity. Serials can be case sensitive, but I agree for these purposes it would be beneficial if they weren’t.
I have to be honest I don’t think I’ve seen this request before, so as of today this probably won’t be a very high priority. But we’re tracking it now so we’ll see.
