Bug report - opening search reult in new tab

I am using Edge (just discovered vertical tabs and the tab grouping features which are great).

If I search for a customer on the customer list page, then use Shift + CTRL + click to open the customer in a new tab, when I go back to the main customer list tab, the search field is broken. It contains the text “[object Object]” and this can’t be deleted or edited - nothing can be typed in the search bar at all. Clicking the red X makes the search bar disappear completely. The only remedy seems to be to refresh the page.
