We switched from QBO for billing to Syncro. In QBO, users liked that there was a link on invoice emails to make a payment. In Syncro, the invoice email requires logging in to the portal, which is annoying.
Top rule of business: don’t make it hard for customers to give you money.
Any way to allow paying a single invoice without a portal login?

File a support request about this. Give them a metric to count. I’m working on getting another payment integration for Syncro but they need to know people aren’t happy with the current setup.
