@randydod are ACH refunds able to process properly thru this system? We don’t see the refund amount that Syncro processed successfully having gone back to our customer either thru World Pay/Check Commerce or via our bank account.
Currently our system does not allow you to process ACH refunds. I updated the refunding article to indicate this. Please re-read the first set of steps (esp. step 7) to see how to handle this.
