I was hoping to switch away from Quickbooks and move to Xero. One major problem I am having is everything is syncing to a single revenue account and ignoring the sales accounts we have set in Xero. Xero says it’s a Syncro issue but I don’t see any account settings in Syncro aside from the defaults.
If we have a firewall and labor on the invoice it needs to be posted to two separate accounts.
Am I missing something or is this a major problem with the way the two systems integrate?
