Archive Asset

Now you can retire devices from active use without losing valuable history. Archiving keeps your system clean and efficient by removing unused devices from billing and operations, while still preserving visibility across tickets, alerts, and reports. This ensures accurate reporting, streamlined compliance audits, and better overall system hygiene—all with the key historical data intact.

Multiple Outbound Email Domains

This feature allows users to send emails from various domains associated with customer organizations in Syncro, increasing brand consistency, enabling personalized communications, and enhancing email deliverability.

ThreatDown Integration

We’re excited to announce a new Marketplace offering through our integration with ThreatDown! Purchase ThreatDown solutions directly through the Syncro Marketplace, provision them instantly for clients, and consolidate charges through our Universal Billing model. This eliminates the need for multiple vendor portals and invoices, helping you reduce administrative overhead and deliver enterprise‑grade security faster.

Ticket Timer Enhancement

Ticket Timer Enhancement now available for locales outside of North America. We have also implemented updates to the Timer Log based on feedback we’ve received since launch.

Universal Billing: Acronis

Utilize our new Universal Billing integration to accurately bill your customers for their Acronis usage each month on their recurring invoices. Set it once and forget it!

Additional Co-Managed Permissions – Early Access Signup

We’re working to make significant improvements to our platform’s capabilities for co-managed IT support, including expanding the permissions available within Security Groups. Users assigned to a customer-specific Security Group will be able to perform more actions on assets, including:

  • installing Windows patches
  • rebooting devices
  • adding/editing scripts
  • running reports
  • viewing live screen thumbnails for faster troubleshooting
