I assume you are referring to the “appointment scheduled” email template? You can change this email by heading to Admin > PDF/Email Templates > Email Templates > Ticket Appointments Email
I had a look at your template and I see that you managed to find a solution that suits you. If you still need assistance with this, please send us more details by creating a Support ticket.
