We are happy to announce that we are nearing launch readiness for Rich Text. We’d like open the feature up to any Partners that want to opt-in to start using the feature while we finish the final batch of Early Access feedback.
We have been working with the original Early Access group who has provided extremely valuable feedback on where we can improve the feature. We greatly appreciate the community’s support while we have been building this feature.
To get access to Rich Text, please contact Support, in your Email Subject enter “Rich Text Early Access” and let them know you want in!
- You must be an Owner/Global Administrator to be granted access and that your entire account will be enrolled.
- The activation of the feature is one-way, so please be sure that your team is ready.
A Known Issues Board is being introduced to the Syncro Support Community where we will be listing known issues with the feature for you to stay up to date on what we are working on for Rich Text. We ask that if you encounter any issues please check the Known Issues Board before writing Support. You can follow those posts in the Issue Board to be updated when they are solved.
We are excited for more Partners to take advantage of this powerful feature while we put the final touches on it. Stay tuned for more news on the full release in the New Year!
