We’ve released an update to Splashtop for RMM on the Team plan, which now offers Session Recording. Simply press the record button in the header of your Splashtop viewer and press it again when finished. Recordings will be saved directly into your “Documents/Splashtop for RMM” folder.
Just to confirm - This will be saved in the Documents / Splashtop for RMM folder on the Technicians computer connecting to the asset, not saved directly on the asset itself, Yes?
Correct. It’s saved on the machine you are connecting from.
