So on the main menu where you have Alerts, Assets etc… if you mouse over Tickets, I would love to have my Ticket Views drop down so I can select one quicker…
Side note, clicking on Assets and RMM, would be nice to have alternate views there as well, eg. List companies and have a tree like structure of assets under each company.
