Version control is great, however each released bug in the code breaks OUR data and Syncro relatively frequently break our data and leave US to pick up the pieces. That’s not a great customer experience for us, a Syncro client - or OUR clients that we trust Syncro with.
We’re so deeply embedded in Syncro we’re unable to move without a lot of effort - however, if they keep frustrating us, the pain of staying will become greater than the cost of migrating to another MSP tool.
