We are aware that some antivirus vendors are currently flagging the Syncro Agent EXE and MSI installers as malicious. Microsoft Windows Defender is specifically identifying the EXE as a threat.
Workaround: If you need to perform an installation immediately, please add a temporary exclusion for the Syncro installer file in your antivirus settings. The team has verified that our EXE and MSI installers are digitally signed by Syncro and contain no malicious or unwanted components.
Next Steps: Our team is working directly with Microsoft and other vendors to resolve these false positive detections. We will post updates to this thread as we receive confirmation that the flags have been cleared.
