Identified delay in background job processing

Hi All - Our infrastructure team identified a significant delay in background job processing, resulting in delays in scripts, rmm alerts, and recurring invoices. The delays occurred between 7:15 am PT and 7:45 am PT. The team quickly scaled up our resources to clear the queued background work and all jobs were run successfully. The issue is resolved, and the infrastructure team will continue to monitor the queues to ensure no further delays.**

How about autoscaling with an X% margin, rather than being reactive? But good job on noticing it, fixing it so quickly. This will be a good year for Syncro, if you can get reliable scripting and scheduling engine, especially on scripts that access the APIs and end out maxing out requests.
