We’re new to Syncro but wanted to see if anyone can help. Can we setup certain assets that can only be available for certain technicians to see and administrate? I have a tech that supports off-domain PC’s for our executives and we don’t want others to be able to see or remote into them.
You cannot today. You can set a user to see only one customer, but you can’t granularly say they can see these endpoints, but not these other endpoints, within any given customer.
Ok thanks Andy for the reply. That option might also work as that tech only handles our executives and not part of the MSP so we may try it that way until other R&D is added.
