How / Where do I post my question?
You can start a post right from the homepage by clicking “New Topic,” or navigate to a specific category and post there. Just be sure to double check the category for your post before publishing.
Our categories are: Announcements & Updates, General, RMM, Invoicing and Payments, Ticketing, Staff Picks, Syncro Events and Off-Topic.
Replying
Press any Reply button to open the editor. You can continue reading or navigate to different topics while composing your reply:
Mentioning
Notify someone by mentioning their name. Type @
to select a username via the drop down.
Emoji
To use emojis, press the emoji button in the editor or type :
to match by name or traditional smileys. Use the more
option for the full list.
Setting Up Notifications
Users can change the notification level for a specific topic at the bottom of the topic, and the changes will be reflected in their activity summary.
Users can also change these settings for all topics within a specific category or tag. To access your notification settings, click on your icon in the top right hand corner > click on the person icon > select Preferences. From there, select Tracking.
