Customer Superusers

I have customers that have onsite IT agents that handle low-level tasks like printer support/ Keyboard+Mouse issues etc

Is there a way to have these users see tickets from only their company, and categorize/close them appropriately?

it seems that you could purhcase user licenses for them, but $130/month is out of my budget for this

Is there a lite user option that I am missing? wouldn’t mind paying $50/month for this

Hi Michael! There is only one kind of user license, so you haven’t missed anything there. Companies can see their tickets in the Customer Portal but they can’t close them on their own.

This has been requested continually over the years for administrative staff, bookkeepers, shared IT, etc., but Syncro has been very firmly in the NO camp.
