I’ve been using SMTP2GO for a couple of years or so for emailing out of Syncro. I occasionally have clients saying they didn’t receive an invoice, but by the time I check it, the SMTP2GO logs are gone.
I shipped out a number of invoices yesterday using the bulk send process and at least one of them didn’t appear in the SMTP2GO logs as having been received and forwarded.
Is anyone else seeing this kind of behaviour? Syncro shows the email as sent out, so it is hard to say where the disconnect lies.
