It is our goal to continually improve our documentation. If you have a suggestion or are unclear about something in our documentation, reply to the article post with suggestions.

Please to do not reply to a documentation post asking about help with the subject of the doc. For example, if there is a question about ticket workflow, make new post in the Tickets category instead of posting on the knowldege base article about tickets. This will help keep things orgainized and also help others find and contribute to your post.
