General Settings

These are found in More > Admin > Syncro Administration - General Preferences. Alternatively, if the Settings Pages section is visible in the left navigation, you can click General Settings.

Country: The country in which your business resides.

Locale Region: Select your region to apply the correct currency and date formatting to your account. This also determines which language will be displayed in the customer portal if we have translated it.

Time Zone: Adjust this for accurate time display.

Admin Notification Email: This is the email that RepairShopr will use to alert you. Learn more about Emails from Syncro.

Portal accent color code: Select from several color options to change the color palette in the Customer Portal.

Make sure to click Save after making any changes.
